Yesterday I wrote that probably it wouldn’t and this morning I wanted to test just to say that I did try everything and it works. I attached the ASUS Xonar U3 and it was automatically recognized and selected as default audio in/out device.
The KX3 Companion has some initialization problems but I tested it with another software and it works.
That means that I’ll be able to develop the panadapter app (or add the I/Q processing to the KX3C) to be run on Minix Neo X7 and similar. That means that with a little more than $100 is possible to have a 44.1/48kHz desktop panadapter.
I still have to start working on it as now I’m focused on releasing a new app dedicated to the KX3 users (more about that later or in the next days).
