Double View: Spectrum + Waterfall

Hi everyone,

I just finished coding an additional view that allows to view spectrum and waterfall at the same time. With the features of the Spectrum and Waterfall view alone: so Peak Hold, DSP and Touch QSY.

I also added some new color maps and a couple of new symbols that can be used with macro: one for Sent Serial (SSER) and Sent RST (SRST).
