this morning the ATU issue has been solved by Carlo Bianconi, Elecraft distributor and official repair support for Italy and Europe. I’m very lucky to live less than 100km from him so I took the KX3 and have everything sorted in one hour.

Carlo has found that it was a driver for one of the finals and not the final itself that was “burned”. He substituted it in a matter of minutes. The ATU was fine.

He said that it the first driver that he changes (and no finals yet!).

Now I have “my precious” back in perfect shape 😀
